Newborn Consultation  $450

For newborn babies up to 6 months of age.  This package was designed to assist you in setting the groundwork early for an amazing sleeper for YEARS to come!  During the first months with your little one, laying the foundation for healthy sleep habits early on will benefit them in years to come- and with this package you'll almost guarantee that your child will be sleeping through the night before you know it!   This package consultation lasts approximately two hours and includes 2-4 weeks of support where we will: 

o    What to expect when it comes to sleep for newborns, switching your baby''s internal clock from night to day, common sleep regressions, Wonder Weeks, soothing those crying peaks- and how to tackle it all gracefully with minimal tears

o    Custom schedules and routines for every month up to 6 months,  beginning as early as birth

o    Suggestions for creating a favorable sleep environment that everyone is comfortable with!

o    Multiple tips on nap amounts, extending night sleep and newborn soothing techniques

o    A nutrition assessment and guidance on amounts, length, and when to introduce a bottle

o    Maintenance package (4 phone calls/emails) over one year included at additional cost

 Infant  & Pre-Toddler Consultations beginning at $400

For children 6-18 months..   Most children are able to sleep through the night by 6 months- if they are taught the necessary skills to put themselves back to sleep.  The infant consultation tackles everything from poor napping to frequent night wakings, early rising before 6am, night weaning to unwanted co-sleeping, even soothing your child without being rocked/walked to sleep.  We also cover crib/room transitions, age-appropriate schedules & effective night time routines, those dreaded sleep regressions, Wonder Weeks, nightmares/night terrors, self-soothing techniques,  bedtime battles, and keeping your baby in their crib all night.  We believe that positive reinforcement, logical consequences and various gentle sleep coaching methods and techniques will help your infant learn to love their environment AND sleep!  Includes two-week follow up.  This package includes a 2-hour phone consultation where we will:

o    Review your client history form in detail and get to know one another!

o    Go over your Eat & Sleep diary from the past week (provided)

o    Review current sleep environment and decide on a favorable area that everyone is comfortable with

o    Multiple tips on techniques to lengthen naps and night sleep

o    Discuss age-appropriate daily routines/schedules

o    Decide on a sleep plan that fits within your values and child’s temperament that will encourage lengthened nighttime sleep based on neurological, biological & behavioral factors

 By the end of our consultation, you will be prepared to implement your custom Sleep Plan, while being completely comfortable with the techniques for assisting & coaching your child to sleep to put themselves to sleep at bed/naptime, and back to sleep during any night wakings or sleep regressions!

Mini Packages

Troubleshoot with Me: $150

For children 0-6 Years Old.  For clients interested in one area of assistance regarding sleep (daycare sleep, sleep regression help, nightmares, new sibling, etc.) with a child that sleeps fairly well already at night/naps who has developed a minor sleep issue.  You will receive a verbal sleep action plan, however no support is included. This package is available as a 30-minute phone call with one follow up email..

 Maintenance Package: $100

Available to all clients after services rendered that includes FOUR follow up emails over the course of one-year at their choosing.

Hourly Rate $150
